您主动提供的信息

静帧快照不提供用户注册、登录或在线账号。您可以在 App 内填写昵称，但昵称仅保存在您的设备本地，不会上传到我们的服务器。您通过邮件联系我们时，邮箱及您主动写入邮件的内容会被用于回复咨询或处理隐私请求。

视频、图片和本地项目数据

当您从系统文件选择器中导入视频时，视频会被复制到 App 的本地沙盒，用于视频预览、时间轴定位、逐帧浏览和截取画面。您标记的帧、待处理队列和必要的视频元数据也只保存在本机。App 不建立历史记录。

当您主动导出静帧时，图片在设备本地生成，并在您授权后保存到 Apple“照片”。静帧快照不会自动读取、上传或分析您的照片内容。

设备信息与使用数据

当前版本不会主动收集设备唯一标识符、网络连接信息、应用启动次数、功能使用频率、崩溃日志或其他用于识别您的设备和行为的数据。我们没有集成广告、分析、行为跟踪或崩溃上报 SDK。

权限信息

静帧快照可能请求照片权限，仅用于保存您明确导出的图片。视频导入通过系统文件选择器完成。App 不请求定位、通讯录、麦克风、相机、蓝牙或广告跟踪权限。

Apple 可能依据其自身隐私政策处理下载、安装、安全和系统诊断信息。相关处理由 Apple 负责，不属于静帧快照主动收集范围。

二、我们如何使用信息

我们处理的信息仅用于以下目的：

• 提供视频预览、时间轴定位、逐帧查看和静帧导出功能；
• 保存待处理视频和编辑状态，方便您继续完成本次工作；
• 保存您选择的语言、外观、昵称和默认导出画质等本机偏好；
• 回复您通过邮箱提交的咨询、意见、投诉或隐私请求；
• 遵守适用的法律法规和监管要求。

我们不会将视频、图片或本机偏好用于广告投放、个性化营销、画像或自动化决策。

三、信息的共享与披露

我们承诺不会出售、交换、出租或向第三方分享您的视频、图片、本机偏好或个人资料。当前版本不提供云端存储、社交登录、广告服务、推送服务或支付服务。

系统文件选择器和 Apple“照片”属于设备系统能力。只有在您主动选择视频或确认导出并授权后，App 才会调用相应功能。

在法律法规、司法程序或有权机关依法要求的情况下，我们可能披露实际持有且法律要求披露的信息。由于当前版本不在服务器保存用户视频和图片，通常不存在可供披露的相关内容。

四、信息的存储与安全

未完成的视频、标记帧和相关队列信息存储在 App 的本地沙盒中。您可以在 App 设置中清空待处理缓存；卸载 App 也会删除 App 沙盒内的本地数据。静帧快照不保留历史记录。

如果您将图片导出到 Apple“照片”，图片会按照系统照片的机制继续保留，除非您在“照片”中主动删除。我们采取与 App 功能和风险相适应的技术措施保护本地数据，但互联网传输和电子存储都无法保证绝对安全。

五、您的权利

您有权：

• 在 App 内查询和删除待处理视频及本地缓存；
• 修改或清空本机保存的昵称和偏好设置；
• 在系统设置中管理照片权限；
• 删除已导出到 Apple“照片”的图片；
• 通过本政策末尾的联系方式向我们咨询、提出意见或提交隐私请求。

由于当前版本没有在线账号，也不在服务器保存个人资料，通常不存在需要在线访问、更正或注销的账号数据。

六、第三方服务

当前版本仅调用系统文件选择器和 Apple“照片”等必要系统能力，不集成第三方广告、分析、云存储、社交登录或支付 SDK。

Apple 系统服务有各自的隐私政策和数据处理规则。我们不控制 Apple 对系统级信息的处理，建议您在使用相关系统服务前阅读 Apple 的隐私政策。

如果未来新增在线内容、第三方链接或第三方 SDK，我们会更新本政策，并在适用法律要求时取得必要授权。

七、儿童隐私

静帧快照不专门面向 13 周岁以下儿童，也不会明知地收集儿童的个人信息。如果监护人认为儿童通过 App 或邮件向我们提供了个人信息，请通过下方邮箱联系我们，我们会按照适用法律采取适当措施。

八、隐私政策的变更

我们可能因 App 功能、适用法律或隐私实践变化而更新本政策。如变更会实质影响您的权利，我们会通过 App 内提示或其他合理方式告知您。修订后的政策自页面显示的生效日期起生效。

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

StillSnap does not provide user registration, sign-in, or an online account. You may enter a nickname in the App, but the nickname is stored only on your device and is not uploaded to our servers. If you contact us by email, your email and the content you choose to include will be used to respond to your inquiry or privacy request.

Videos, images, and local project data

When you import a video through the system file picker, it is copied into the App’s local sandbox for video preview, timeline seeking, frame-by-frame review, and frame capture. Marked frames, pending work, and necessary video metadata are also stored only on this device. The App does not keep a history of completed projects.

When you explicitly export a still frame, the image is created on the device and saved to Apple Photos after you authorize the operation. StillSnap does not automatically read, upload, or analyze your photos.

Device information and usage data

The current version does not actively collect unique device identifiers, network connection information, app launch counts, feature usage frequency, crash logs, or other data used to identify your device or behavior. We have not integrated advertising, analytics, behavioral-tracking, or crash-reporting SDKs.

Permissions

StillSnap may request Photos access only to save images that you explicitly export. Video import is handled through the system file picker. The App does not request location, contacts, microphone, camera, Bluetooth, or advertising-tracking permissions.

Apple may process download, installation, security, and system diagnostic information under its own privacy policy. That processing is controlled by Apple and is outside StillSnap’s active collection.

2. How We Use Information

We process information only for the following purposes:

• Providing video preview, timeline seeking, frame-by-frame review, and still export;
• Saving pending videos and editing state so you can continue the current task;
• Saving on-device preferences such as language, appearance, nickname, and default export quality;
• Responding to inquiries, comments, complaints, or privacy requests submitted by email; and
• Complying with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

We do not use videos, images, or on-device preferences for advertising, personalized marketing, profiling, or automated decision-making.

3. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, exchange, rent, or share your videos, images, on-device preferences, or profile information with third parties. The current version does not provide cloud storage, social sign-in, advertising services, push services, or payment services.

The system file picker and Apple Photos are system capabilities. The App calls them only after you actively select a video or confirm an export and authorize the relevant operation.

If disclosure is required by law, judicial process, or a competent authority, we will disclose only information we actually hold and only to the extent required. Because the current version does not store user videos or images on our servers, there is generally no such content available for disclosure.

4. Storage and Security

Unfinished videos, marked frames, and related queue information are stored in the App’s local sandbox. You can clear pending cache in App settings; uninstalling the App also removes data stored in its sandbox. StillSnap does not keep a history of completed projects.

If you export an image to Apple Photos, it remains there under the system Photos mechanism until you delete it. We use technical measures appropriate to the App’s functionality and risks to protect local data, but internet transmission and electronic storage can never be guaranteed completely secure.

5. Your Rights

You may:

• View and delete pending videos and local cache in the App;
• Change or clear the nickname and preferences stored on this device;
• Manage Photos access in system settings;
• Delete images exported to Apple Photos; and
• Contact us using the details at the end of this Policy with questions, comments, or privacy requests.

Because the current version has no online account and does not store profile information on our servers, there is generally no online account data to access, correct, or close.

6. Third-Party Services

The current version uses only necessary system capabilities such as the system file picker and Apple Photos. It does not integrate third-party advertising, analytics, cloud-storage, social-login, or payment SDKs.

Apple system services have their own privacy policies and data-handling rules. We do not control Apple’s processing of system-level information, so we recommend reviewing Apple’s privacy policy before using those services.

If we add online content, third-party links, or third-party SDKs in the future, we will update this Policy and obtain any authorization required by applicable law.

7. Children’s Privacy

StillSnap is not specifically directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information through the App or by email, please contact us using the email below. We will take appropriate action as required by applicable law.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in App functionality, applicable law, or our privacy practices. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide notice in the App or through another reasonable method. The revised Policy takes effect on the effective date shown on this page.
